Every piece is carefully received by our team upon arrival at our facility. Nothing gets rushed.
2. Inspect & Document
Each item is thoroughly inspected, conditiondocumented,
and reported to you with any
damage flagged immediately for resolution.
3. Track & Store
All items are logged in our inventory management system and stored securely in a
protected, designated area until your full project shipment is complete.
4. Coordinate Delivery
Installation is scheduled to align seamlessly with your project timeline. We confirm all components are accounted for before we load a single truck.
5. Install & Style
Our trained team provides meticulous, room-by-room placement: laying and aligning rugs, positioning furniture, installing felt pads, assembling frames, hanging artwork and
mirrors across all wall types, fluffing pillows, trimming threads, and completing every
finishing detail exactly as specified.
6. Restore (If Needed)
Our lead technician handles minor repairs onsite — wood repair, paint matching, and
specialized restoration — so your install day stays on schedule.
